1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Sarah Wilson Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking and Payment

Session Booking

  • A session is secured once a booking fee or full payment is received
  • Dates are not held without payment

Payment Terms

  • Bespoke sessions require a booking fee, with the remaining balance due prior to the session
  • Mini sessions are payable in full at the time of booking
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling may be offered at my discretion
  • If you cancel within a short notice period, your payment may be forfeited
    If I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered

4. Session Conditions

  • Sessions are conducted in a calm, baby-led environment
  • Session duration is approximate and may vary depending on the baby
  • The safety and well-being of your child is always the priority

5. Image Delivery

  • A private online gallery will be provided for image selection, where appropriate
  • Only purchased images will be delivered
  • Images are delivered in digital format unless products are included

6. Editing and Style

  • Images are edited in my signature style
  • Raw (unedited) images are not provided
  • Additional editing requests may incur a fee

7. Products and Artwork

  • Albums, prints and wall art are carefully produced using professional suppliers
  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to final product
  • All product sales are final once approved

8. Copyright and Usage

All images remain the copyright of Sarah Wilson Photography.
Clients are granted:

  • Personal use rights
  • Permission to print and share images for personal use
    Images must not be:
  • Edited or altered
  • Used for commercial purposes without written permission

9. Model Release

Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, product samples and marketing materials. This will only be done with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

10. Liability

  • While every care is taken, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control
  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid

11. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Any allergies or medical concerns must be disclosed prior to the session

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
